The High Commission of Sri Lanka in Wellington wishes to inform that, with effect from 15 October 2025, it will be mandatory for all foreign nationals visiting Sri Lanka for tourism purposes to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) prior to their arrival in the country.
All travellers are kindly requested to complete their ETA application online before arriving in Sri Lanka using the following link: www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa/
